伊拉蘇凱紅葡萄酒 2021 是智利伊拉蘇酒莊 Carmenere 的巔峰之作。KAI 在 Mapudungun 語中意為「植物」，不僅代表了智利最具代表性的品種，更展現了 Aconcagua Valley 的風土靈魂。

這款酒嚴選自 Aconcagua Valley 內陸的 MAX I 與 MAX V 葡萄園精華地塊。MAX I 位於歷史悠久的 Don Maximiano Estate，擁有山坡地形與富含雲母的沙壤土；MAX V 則座落於河流沖積平原，受太平洋涼風影響更深，造就了這款酒優異的平衡感與優雅結構。

2021 年生長季涼爽且漫長，葡萄緩慢成熟，不僅保留了新鮮果香，更賦予酒液濃郁色澤與絲滑單寧。釀造方面，採用 85% Carmenere、11% Syrah 與 4% Malbec 混釀，並於法國橡木桶中陳釀 22 個月（60% 新桶），展現出極致的複雜度與陳年潛力。

酒色呈深邃暗紅色，鼻息間充滿黑莓、藍莓香氣，伴隨胡椒、紅椒粉、薰香、橄欖醬、新鮮無花果及烘焙咖啡豆的細膩香調。入口後，橄欖、藍莓與無花果風味交織，點綴著豆蔻、白胡椒與烤紅椒的氣息，酸度優良，口感線性且深長，單寧細緻如絲，令人回味無窮。

Errazuriz Kai 2021 is the pinnacle of Viña Errázuriz’s Carmenere. KAI, meaning "plant" in Mapudungun, embodies the ultimate expression of Chile’s emblematic variety and the unique character of the Aconcagua Valley.

Sourced from the best blocks of the MAX I and MAX V vineyards, the grapes benefit from the unique Aconcagua Valley terroir. MAX I offers hillside complexity with its diorite and mica-rich soils, while MAX V, situated on an alluvial plain near the Aconcagua River, is cooled by ocean breezes, ensuring exceptional balance and elegance.

The 2021 season was moderately cool with slow ripening, allowing for intense color development and silky, ripe tannins. The final blend of 85% Carmenere, 11% Syrah, and 4% Malbec was aged for 22 months in French oak barrels, 60% of which were new, contributing to its remarkable complexity and ageing potential.

It displays a deep, dark red color, with aromas of blackberry, blueberry, pepper, paprika, incense, tapenade, fresh figs, and a touch of roasted coffee. On the palate, notes of olives, blueberries, and figs emerge, accompanied by nutmeg, white pepper, and roasted red pepper. The good acidity provides linearity, while the polished tannins caress the palate with a long, sophisticated finish.
