1. Add your desired item(s) to the shopping cart and you may decide whether to proceed to checkout or return to the product selection page.
2. You have to register as a member in order to complete the order.
3. Choose the delivery method:

a. Collect at one of our Remfly Stores; b. Direct delivery to your specified address.

4. Choose your preferred payment method and confirm the order.
5. You will receive a confirmation email upon order completion.


Delivery
Q: Can the Orders be delivered to anywhere?
A: Orders can be arranged to deliver to a residential or office address in Hong Kong, or one of our Remfly stores in Hong Kong.

Q: How long will it takes to deliver after placing an order?
A: It would take around 3- 5 working days after the order is confirmed for store pick-up service. On the other hand, it would take around3- 5 working days after order is confirmed for delivery (except Sunday and public holidays). The above schedule is only for reference. For the accurate delivery date, please refer to your email or we may contact you upon delivery.

Q: How much is the postage?
A: You may enjoy complimentary store pick-up at your designated Remfly store. For any orders of HK$600 or above, you may enjoy complimentary delivery service to your specified address. For order below HK$600, a HK$100 delivery charge is added to your order.

Q: What is the procedure of store pick-up service?
A: An email notification will be sent to you once your order is ready for collection at the designated physical store. Please collect your orders at your selected physical store within 3 days.

To verify the identity when collecting the products in our physical store, you are required to present your confirmation email and the spending credit card/ the transaction history of the spending application. We may also require you to provide further information such as your registered account details.

For an authorised representative, you are required to present the email confirmation and the copy of spending credit card/ the transaction history of the spending application. We may also require you to provide further information such as the purchaser’s registered account details for verification. If we are not satisfied that the person requesting to collect your order(s) is yourself or your authorised representative, we will refuse the collection of the order(s) in order to safeguard your interest.

Q: What is the procedure of delivery service?
A: Once the order is confirmed, we will confirm with you accordingly and advise the date and time of delivery. You will receive a call by upon the arrival of your delivery.

Q: I’ve made a mistake after order confirmation, what can I do?
A: We currently do not provide any modification for your order. We suggest you to contact us immediately for further assistance.
